Why St. Paul Global Week?
Every June, Christians from across the globe gather in Tarsus — the city where Saul of Tarsus was born, educated, and transformed into the Apostle Paul.
This annual celebration honors the extraordinary legacy of the man who wrote nearly half the New Testament and established churches across the ancient world.
St. Paul Global Week is not merely an event. It is a sacred annual pilgrimage gathering that brings together delegation leaders, pastors, bishops, scholars, and pilgrims from every continent in a spirit of prayer, peace, brotherhood and Christian unity.
The gathering is organized as part of the internationalstpaulglobalweek.com initiative, under the spiritual advisory of Rev. Yakubu Pam.
While the special week occurs every June, pilgrimage journeys to Türkiye's biblical sites are available year-round. The week serves as the highlight of our annual calendar, but the invitation to walk in Paul's footsteps is always open.
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes.”— Romans 1:16

From Tarsus, the journey extends to Antioch (Antakya) — where believers were first called Christians — and to the St. Pierre Grotto, one of the oldest churches in the world.

Pilgrimage Journeys Available Year-Round
While St. Paul Global Week is our annual highlight, sacred pilgrimage journeys through all of Türkiye's biblical heritage sites are available throughout the year.
